Fiberglass duct rodder is mainly composed of core rod and reinforcement outer layer. The rod is made of alkali free fiberglass by the pultrusion process which features strong toughness, big pulling force, break resistant and aging resistant. The outer layer is made of highly durable, scratch resistant polyethylene which can protect the core from mechanical damage. In addition, we can also produce duct rodder with metal wire in fiberglass rod. This kind of duct rodder is also called traceable duct rodder or detectable duct rodder. With a piece of copper wire or steel wire, duct rodder can be traceable easily in pipes. After the producing of the fiberglass rod, we will install detachable copper head on two sides of the rod which will draw the rope in pipe or conduits.
